Present situation of Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

Tengzhou Xinyuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. belongs to huadian power international Electric Power Co., Ltd.. On the basis of Tengzhou Power Plant created by 1958, it was restructured and established in June 2002. Company 1×33MW high temperature and high pressure cogeneration unit was completed and put into operation on June 29th, 2007. Tengzhou central heating project 2× 150MW cogeneration unit, with a total investment of 102 billion yuan, started on February 28th, 2006, and was completed and put into operation on March 30th and1October 20th, 2003 respectively. The second phase expansion project of 2×350MW cogeneration unit is an emergency power supply project in Shandong Province, with a total investment of 2.75 billion yuan. Construction started on April/KOOC-0/8, 2005, and was completed and put into operation on April/KOOC-0/0/6, 2006 and February/KOOC-0/3, 2006 respectively, supporting desulfurization. The third phase of the project plans to build 2×600MW units, with an estimated total investment of 4.45 billion yuan. All the preparatory work is ready, and we are making full use of the policy of "more pressure and less pressure", waiting for the evaluation of the National Development and Reform Commission, and striving to be included in the national development plan for the next three years after the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. After the third phase of the project is put into production, the company will generate profits and taxes of 350 million yuan annually, which will surely make new and greater contributions to the economic development of Shandong Province.
