3. The certificate shall be applied to the administrative department of medicine for a business license, and the application conditions are as follows:
(1) veterinary drug technicians who are suitable for the veterinary drugs they operate;
(2) Business premises, equipment and storage facilities suitable for the veterinary drugs handled;
(3) A quality management organization or personnel suitable for the veterinary drugs it deals in;
(four) other operating conditions stipulated in the quality management standards for veterinary drugs. ;
4. To register with the local industrial and commercial bureau and obtain a business license, the applicant needs to determine the company type, name, registered capital, shareholders and contribution ratio before applying for name verification. After the registration is passed, you need to bring the Notice of Approval of Establishment and the original ID card of the manager to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain the original and duplicate of the business license;
5. To apply for tax registration, you should apply to the local tax bureau for the local tax registration number within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license. Applicants need to bring a copy of business license and a copy of operator's ID card.

Where an administrative organ makes a decision to grant an administrative license and needs to issue an administrative license certificate, it shall issue the following administrative license certificate affixed with the seal of the administrative organ to the applicant:
(1) License, license or other license certificates;
(2) Qualification certificates, qualification certificates or other qualification certificates;
(3) the approval documents or certification documents of the administrative organ;
(four) other administrative licensing documents as prescribed by laws and regulations.
When an administrative organ carries out inspection, testing and quarantine, it may label or affix the seal of inspection, testing and quarantine to the equipment, facilities, products and articles that pass the inspection, testing and quarantine.
