First, I wrote a written test and did an English proficiency test. The topic is not difficult. It looks like Band 4. Later, I heard from my classmates that I got good grades. Maybe it's nothing, it makes me happy for a long time, hehe.
After the written test, five people play games in groups and have two tasks. One is to cut a piece of A4 white paper into a circle so that team members can drill through it. The other is a game designed for the blind and deaf. Anyway, it's boring. It took the five of us a long time to finish it. During the game, several department managers watched quietly, and I felt very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the time is not long. After a brief reflection, the phone rang the next day.

In fact, it is a formal trilateral. When playing games, a department manager M took a fancy to me. Later, when he learned that I was a classmate of one of his colleagues, he discussed it with human resources, skipped the human resources barrier and talked to him directly. On the way back, my classmates called me and said that M went to see her, saying that I had done well and decided to give me three chances. Three chances are actually the last interview. Bad for small companies? At this time, I can only justify myself that it is my dream to go to a big company. 3M is a good company and I hope to serve 3M. After hearing this, he just smiled, and I couldn't guess what he was thinking at that time, but in contrast, I was too enthusiastic and eager, as if I couldn't enter this company, and there was no hope for my future life, only blaming myself for being too superficial, hehe.
The last question is to introduce my hometown in English. He listened to my words and said with a smile, do you have any questions to ask? So I asked a few questions prepared in advance. It ends on three sides. Coming out of the 3M building, I think there is no hope, but I still have some hope anyway. After all, I haven't received the rejection letter yet, but a few days later, the rejection letter came. The moment I received it, I felt terrible, and I felt that I was lovelorn. I thought many people would be like me. After all, I had great hopes at first. Fortunately, this feeling didn't last long. I told myself.
