Due to the market demand, the board of directors of the company passed the study and asked for instructions on the company's capital increase as follows:
1. The company increased its capital by USD 500,000, which was invested by investors in cash as the working capital of the company. After the capital increase, the total investment and registered capital of the company increased from the original $500,000 to $6,543,800+0,000. Before the company goes through the registration of business license change, it shall pay no less than 20% of the newly-increased funds, and the rest shall be invested within one year from the date of issuance of business license change.
