What is Ali Alumni Company?

Ali Alumni Company refers to the company founded after the students who worked in Alibaba and those who were classmates left their jobs. Alumni is Alibaba's name for all employees who leave their jobs. Starting from 20 14, Alibaba decided to hold an alumni association every two years, and invited employees who left their jobs to come back to Ali to have a look and get together. In Ali's corporate culture, colleagues call each other "classmates" and employees "graduate" with professional titles.
