Orientation of Chongqing Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Trade

The orientation of the college is "focusing on engineering, integrating industry, trade, agriculture, economics and management, and cultivating applied high-skilled professionals needed by the front line of production, construction, management and service." The concept of running a school is "rooted in Fuling, based in Chongqing, serving the southwest and looking at the whole country", and the development strategy is "students are the lifeline, quality is the lifeline, and the characteristic is the growth line".

Guided by employment and professional ability, the college explores and practices the talent training mode of "school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination". Signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with 68 enterprises and established a stable off-campus practice and training base. Actively implement order training, and cooperate with enterprises to hold order classes such as Chongan Class, Aokang Class, Tianyuan Class, Mission Hills Class, Zhongbang Class, Youngor Class and Wangjiang Class. College is the training base of high-skilled talents in Chongqing, the first dispatching unit of Chongqing's "Enterprise Science and Technology Commissioner Action-Hundred Talents Plan Action", the rural labor transfer training base, immigration training base, re-employment training institution and vocational skills training and appraisal base in Fuling District, and carries out vocational skills appraisal of 35 types of jobs.
