If the company elects or appoints directors, supervisors or managers in violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the election, appointment or appointment shall be invalid. Regarding the qualifications of the company's senior managers specified above, please note that the senior managers here are only for natural persons, not for legal persons.
