Can senior executives of insurance companies serve as supervisors of insurance agency companies?

The Company Law stipulates that directors, managers and financial officers may not concurrently serve as supervisors.

Therefore, executives of insurance companies cannot serve as supervisors of insurance companies, and other companies are equally applicable.

If the executive of an insurance company can be the supervisor of another insurance agency, according to some economic laws I have learned, if the two insurance companies are not related, then the executive of this insurance company can be the supervisor of another company.
