In order to ensure the normal operation of traffic and reduce node congestion, the regional traffic organization during the activity period is divided into: traffic guidance and reform buffer period and formal control period, and the two stages are adjusted as follows:

Xue Jing Street (Jinshamen Road-West Street) has been changed from the current two-way traffic to one-way traffic to the north (Jinshanmen Road to West Street); Xue Jing Street (West Street-Dongshengmen Road) changed from two-way traffic to one-way traffic to the south (Dongshengmen Road to West Street).
North Street changed from one-way traffic to two-way traffic; Vehicles are prohibited from turning left into West Street.
West Street allows vehicles to turn left into Juxian Street and North Street.
Huichuanmen's current route is one-way to the Grand Theatre, and it is changed to one-way to the central square.
Dongshengmen Road prohibits vehicles from turning left into Xue Jing Street (towards Central Park).

Jinyangmen Street has changed from one-way traffic to two-way traffic.
At the intersection of Dongshengmen Road and Beibin No.2 Road, vehicles are prohibited from driving all over the world.
At the intersection of Jinshamen Road and Xue Jing Street, vehicles are prohibited from driving in the direction of the Grand Theatre.
The Qiansimen Bridge prohibits vehicles from turning right into the Grand Theatre.
South Street prohibits vehicles from turning right into Guihua Street.
At the intersection of Huichuanmen Road and Wenxingmen Street, vehicles are prohibited from driving in the direction of the Grand Theatre.
Jinyangmen Street and Shuishikou Street are prohibited from driving in the direction of the Grand Theatre.
Add 2 feeder bus lines. Add two bus lines, line 1 (Huantianxia Station-Liu Jia Station) and line 2 (Huantianxia Station-Huanghuayuanqiao North Station). The shuttle bus starts and ends at 9:00- 19:30.
Five conventional bus lines have been adjusted. Jiangbei Town has adjusted five regular bus lines (394, 604, 672, 835, 65 1) and added three temporary stops, namely, Global Station, Guo Jin Central Station and Lifan Central Station.

In the direction of Grand Theatre, the Rural Commercial Bank Station, Orbital Grand Theatre Station and Chongqing Grand Theatre Station will be cancelled, while in the direction of Big Buddha Temple, Chongqing Grand Theatre Station and Science and Technology Museum Station will be cancelled, and Lifan Central Station will be temporarily stopped to pick up and drop off passengers.

In the direction of Grand Theatre, the Rural Commercial Bank Station, Orbital Grand Theatre Station and Chongqing Grand Theatre Station will be cancelled; in the direction of Zhu Xing Road, Chongqing Grand Theatre Station and Science and Technology Museum Station will be cancelled, and Lifan Central Station will be temporarily stopped to pick up and drop off passengers.
Road 604:
In the direction of the Science and Technology Museum, the Rural Commercial Bank Station, the Orbital Grand Theatre Station, the Chongqing Grand Theatre Station and the Science and Technology Museum Station will be cancelled; in the west direction, the Science and Technology Museum Station will be cancelled, and the passengers will be dropped off at Guo Jin Central Station temporarily, and the passengers will be picked up at Huantianxia Station temporarily.
