Legal analysis: the company assumes external responsibility with all its assets. Shareholders shall be liable to the company with the amount of capital contribution they have subscribed. Therefore, if the company loses money, the shareholders will bear the debts with their subscribed capital contribution. If the shareholders confuse the assets and personality of the company and withdraw their capital contribution, the shareholders and the company shall be jointly and severally liable for compensation.
