Once the real estate is sold, there is usually a warm-up period, also called the guest storage period. We will find that during this period, the sales staff will tell you with various excuses that the house price has not yet been decided, and will try their best to understand your price expectations for this property. During this period, although the developer has already calculated the price, the reason why the brokerage company has not announced the price is to find out the customer's psychological tolerance.
