Deputy ministerial level. China Offshore Oil Corporation is a central enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and its chairman and general manager are deputy ministerial level. The "deputy ministerial level" central enterprises also include four state-owned insurance companies in China (China Life Insurance Group, China People's Insurance Group, China Taiping Insurance Group and China Export Credit Insurance Corporation), five state-owned commercial banks in China (China Bank, China Agricultural Bank, China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank and Bank of Communications), as well as financial central enterprises directly under the State Council, such as Export-Import Bank of China and Agricultural Development Bank of China. China Tobacco Corporation is also a "deputy ministerial level". However, these central enterprises are not managed by SASAC.
