All employees of various enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households with employees in our province (hereinafter referred to as employers) shall decide to participate in industrial injury insurance in accordance with the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance;
Payment ratio: the collection ratio of industrial injury insurance fund is based on the industrial injury risk category and the frequency of industrial injury accidents and occupational diseases in various industries, and is levied according to a certain proportion of the total wages of the employer. The standard is 0.3% to 2.5% of the total wages.
Procedures for handling work-related injuries:
After the conclusion of work-related injury appraisal or the approval of work-related injury death is issued, the single migrant workers who participate in work-related injury insurance shall promptly assign a special person to contact the work-related injury insurance agency to handle the treatment declaration and payment procedures;
At the time of declaration, the employing unit shall fill in the Approval Form for Employees' Injury (Death) Insurance Treatment Application and the Approval Form for Medical Expenses for Work-related Injury, together with the original invoice of medical expenses, certificate of work-related injury identification or occupational disease diagnosis, certificate of work-related injury and disability, the labor administrative department's reply to the death of workers with work-related injury, salary payment form for 12 months before work-related injury (death) and proof of supporting immediate family members.
If it is a traffic accident, it shall report the accident responsibility analysis and handling opinions to the traffic police department;
If he goes missing while going out on business, he must report the certificate of disappearance issued by the local public security department and the judgment of the people's court declaring him dead;
If the work-related injury (death) is accompanied by civil compensation, it should actively seek civil compensation. After the civil compensation, fill in the Civil Compensation Form for Work-related Injury (Death) together with the mediation of civil compensation and other relevant documents.
