Then why is there meditation? Why not say Zen?

Zen is the nature of the Tao, and meditation means enlightenment, seeing the ID clearly. The Diamond Sutra says that one should live in a lifeless heart and really meditate. Return to the nature of Tathagata and have nothing to say. Everything is empty. If you talk about Zen, you have words, language and mortal thoughts. Where can there be Zen enlightenment? The reason why Gu Shide wrote about Zen is really to meet the situation and meet all sentient beings. As the Buddha said in the Diamond Sutra: If someone says that the Tathagata has something to say, it is to slander the Buddha. Buddhism is not owned by others, but is self-sufficient, which is verified by understanding and believing. What the Buddha said and what ordinary people said about Zen are two different things. Zen, which cannot be proved, can only be called "mantra"
