Dali Economic and Technological Development Zone, located in the east of Dali, was established in 1992. It is a provincial economic development zone approved by the Yunnan provincial government, and was approved as a provincial high-tech industrial development zone in 2000. In 2008, Haidong New Town and parts of Fengyi in Dali City were placed under the Development Zone, with a planned total area of 1 16.68 square kilometers, which was divided into four parts by function.
2. National Qujing Economic and Technological Development Zone:
State-level Qujing Economic and Technological Development Zone is located at the source of the Pearl River and the birthplace of culture, in the downtown area of Qujing, the second largest city in Yunnan Province. 1992 was approved as a provincial development zone by the Yunnan provincial government in August. On June 20 10, the State Council was approved to be upgraded to a national economic and technological development zone.
3. Kunming National Economic and Technological Development Zone:
Kunming Economic Development Zone is located in the east of the main urban area of Kunming, Yunnan Province, starting from Huangtupo in the east, Cai Yun Road and Luo Kun Road in the west, Chenggong New District in the south and Airport Economic Zone in the north, with an actual jurisdiction area of 156.6 square kilometers.
