According to the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Unlisted Public Companies (Order No.85 of CSRC, hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Measures), the Interim Measures for the Administration of National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. (Order No.89 of CSRC, hereinafter referred to as the Interim Measures) and the Business Rules of National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Share Transfer System (for Trial Implementation), the two online companies and delisting companies will be included in the supervision scope of China Securities Regulatory Commission and the national small and medium-sized enterprise share transfer system.
