At present, some small refineries mostly process oil on their behalf or collect oil from informal channels, saying that small refineries have suffered more losses in the past two years.
As a refinery, I have two opinions: first, I can do processing with supplied materials. Second, fuel oil can be imported as raw materials. The management of fuel oil import qualification is relatively loose, the application for import license is relatively simple, and large foreign trade companies such as provincial foreign trade have import quotas.
