Generally speaking, food is what people eat and drink every day. Food safety means that food is non-toxic and harmless, meets nutritional requirements and does not cause any acute, subacute or chronic harm to human health. When it comes to food safety, people are extremely concerned and worried. Because with the continuous progress of economy and society, the continuous development of economic globalization and the diversification of people's food culture, food hygiene and safety has become a hot topic of great concern. With the diversified development of food, various additives are constantly being refurbished and emerged, and are constantly added to food. There are additives in the floss and melamine in the milk powder. This is how manufacturers produce "problem food". I think on the surface, it only affects the life and health of consumers, but enterprises have gained violence from it. As everyone knows, they only get short-term benefits, but in fact they are slowly losing customers. Indeed, the pursuit of interests is the unshirkable responsibility of enterprises, but we must not lose humanity; Yes, the competition between enterprises is mainly price, but it is impossible to inject water into pork; Yes, the distribution of interests between enterprises, within enterprises and between enterprises is sometimes distorted, but they can't take consumers' health as a burden and their reputation as a bet. What's more, consumers' own awareness of prevention, self-safety and health protection is gradually strengthening, and the production of problematic products is undoubtedly shooting themselves in the foot. Therefore, enterprises should not only pay attention to improving production efficiency, but also pay attention to product quality and corporate ethics. In this regard, the following analysis is made: (1) It is an important measure to prevent and resolve the ethical risks of food safety to analyze how to make ethical decisions from the perspective of corporate ethical decisions. Moral decision-making is a process of collecting and processing information. The object of ethical decision-making is ethical issues and the result of ethical decision-making is ethical behavior. Decision-makers are ethical subjects with independent consciousness, who can make judgments on ethical issues and implement actions, and can make "ethical" and "unethical" decisions. Moral decision-making refers to the legal decision-making that most people in society can accept morally, while immoral decision-making refers to the illegal decision-making that most people in society can't accept morally. The focus of ethical decision-making is to control the whole process of ethical decision-making, make moral evaluation of alternative schemes, describe, judge and reason all kinds of values involved in moral conflicts, and describe the relationship between enterprises and interests.
Consultation among stakeholders enables actors to fully consider the ethical issues that may be involved in decision-making behavior and solve moral conflicts in the decision-making process.
