10. Be responsible for the labor discipline management of the company's employees. Regularly check the implementation of the company's labor discipline, conduct timely assessment, and be responsible for the management of attendance, rewards and punishments, vacations and transfers;

14. Cooperate with relevant departments to do safety education. Participate in the investigation and handling of employee casualty accidents and put forward handling opinions;
