Qixi began the shareholding system reform at the end of 2000, and Qixi Computer Co., Ltd. was formally established on March 22nd, 20001.
In April 2002, Qixi settled in an industrial base of nearly 1 1 10,000 square meters.
In March 2004, the 7-up digital department was established and reorganized. MP3 board construction began in April, and it was put into trial production in June of the same year.
On August 30, 2005, Qixi (002027) issued an announcement, officially changing the company name from Qixi Computer Co., Ltd. to Qixi Holding Co., Ltd.
On August 28th, 2006, Qixi officially obtained the mobile phone license issued by the state.
