Guangdong Hongda Blasting Co., Ltd. was originally a wholly-owned state-owned enterprise of Guangdong Institute of Engineering and Technology. Established in 1985. In 2003, it was transformed into a state-owned limited liability company, and in 2007, it was transformed into Guangdong Hongda Blasting Co., Ltd.
