The pig products slaughtered by B-level pig slaughterhouses in Popeihe Town, Baiqueyuan Town and Zhaihe Town have been circulated to foreign township markets for sale. There is no cold meat delivery truck in Sanyang Slaughterhouse, the first-class slaughterhouse in the urban area, and pork products without cold chain delivery are delivered to all towns and villages in the county, which has potential safety hazards. The above situation objectively increases the difficulty of standardized management of slaughter market.

The slaughter facilities in four qualified slaughterhouses are generally simple, the harmless treatment facilities and meat quality inspection equipment are not perfect, and some still use the traditional manual operation of "one knife and one pot". The pig slaughterhouse in Popeihe Town is semi-mechanized and its equipment is outdated. The pig slaughtering in Zhaihe Town is manual slaughtering, with backward production technology, incomplete quarantine inspection equipment and small production scale. The production technology of Baiqueyuan Town does not meet the requirements of standardized production; Although Sanyang Slaughterhouse has advanced equipment and the production process meets the requirements, it has not yet obtained the procedures of environmental assessment and land use.
Four, strengthen the management of pig slaughtering industry.
