Shanghai Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Huaxin Securities") is a multi-license comprehensive securities company wholly owned by Shanghai Huaxin International Group. Formerly known as Fortune CLSA, it was changed from Huaou International Securities Co., Ltd. to Fortune CLSA Co., Ltd. on February 2, 2009.
