It is found that the recent implementation of capital increase and share expansion by Inspur Group has changed the ownership structure. Seven state-owned enterprises, including Shandong SDIC, directly hold 5 1% equity of Inspur Group, among which Shandong SDIC has the highest direct shareholding ratio.
