China's metal enterprises will face the challenge of life and death. Of course, on the other hand, China market is in a very favorable position in the competition because of its abundant resources and low cost of human resources. This paper mainly takes Dongguan Licheng Co., Ltd., a Chinese hardware industry in Guangdong Province, as the analysis object, and analyzes the whole hardware market in Guangdong Province. This paper analyzes the production scale, marketing, technology and management level, and finds out the gap and deficiency between Guangdong hardware industry and international hardware industry. In the analysis, by using the industrial trade theory, import and export trade theory and comparative advantage theory, the problems that Guangdong hardware industry may face or has faced in export trade are further expounded, and the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
