(1) Select insurance items (taking online auto insurance as an example).
Click Insurance → Buy Auto Insurance Online to open the Ping An Auto Insurance page. After filling in the relevant information, press "Continue online quotation" until it is completed.
(2) Online insurance record inquiry.
Go back to the home page, select "Online Discount" to open the page, click "Online Insurance Record Query" button, enter the query criteria (the system usually takes the information of the insured or the insured as the default query criteria), and then click "OK" to query your online insurance record.
(3) Pay the premium online.
Go back to the previous page, click "Online Payment" and a query page will appear, because before online payment, you can select the policy to be paid through "Online Payment Record Query", enter the query conditions (the system usually takes the information of the applicant or the insured as the default query condition), and then click "OK" to make online payment.
