Legal analysis: Company categories include limited liability companies, joint-stock limited liability companies, individual partnerships, sole proprietorship enterprises, enterprises owned by the whole people, collectively owned enterprises, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, etc. The requirements for company name are as follows: (1) The name of an enterprise should be composed of the following parts in turn: name (or trade name, the same below), industry or business characteristics, and organizational form. Legal basis: Article 59 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Matters needing attention in registration of one-person company. A one-person limited liability company shall indicate the sole proprietorship of a natural person or a legal person in the company registration, and indicate it in the company business license.
