The year-end bonus is said to be two months' salary, and there is a multiplier when it is paid. Generally, it is not paid in full, which is about 80% of two months' salary. The year-end bonus is paid in half before the year and in half after the year.

At present, the company is about 8 months in arrears with its employees' performance. From July and August of 12, it is in arrears with half of the year-end bonus of 13.
