Shijiuye, the full name of China Shijiuye Group Co., Ltd., was formed by the merger of China Shijiuye Construction Co., Ltd. and MCC Shijiuye. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Metallurgical Science and Technology. The company is registered in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, and its operation command center is in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, which is referred to as "China Shijiuye Group" for short.
