3. Review: the handling personnel review the materials submitted by the applicant and put forward preliminary review opinions; .
4. Decision: The person in charge of the agency shall sign the examination and approval results according to the examination opinions. If the application is approved, the handling organ shall issue the handling result to the applicant; If it is not approved, the handling organ shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons, and inform the applicant that if he has any objection to the processing result, he may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.
5. Certificate preparation and delivery: After the certificate is prepared, it will be delivered to the address by mail.

Eleventh any unit or individual engaged in food production and marketing activities to apply for a hygiene license shall meet the requirements of the corresponding food hygiene laws, regulations, rules, standards and norms, and have the conditions suitable for their food production and marketing activities.
