From June 65438 to June 0994, Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co., Ltd. was founded by six enterprises including Quanjude Group.
In April 2004, Capital Tourism Group, Quanjude Group and Xinyansha Group implemented strategic restructuring. Capital Tourism Group became the largest shareholder of Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co., Ltd.
June 5438 +20051October, Beijing Quanjude Roast Duck Co., Ltd. was renamed as China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd., and immediately, China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd. further acquired 30.9 1% equity of Judehuatian Holdings Co., Ltd., and became the largest shareholder of Judehuatian Holdings Co., Ltd. together with Beijing Huatian Catering Group.
In April 2007, Fangshan Hotel, Fengzeyuan Hotel and Sichuan Hotel, famous time-honored catering enterprises in Beijing, also entered Quanjude Co., Ltd. So far, China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd. has developed into a joint catering fleet covering a variety of flavors such as Shuan, Roast, Shuan, Sichuan, Shandong, Tingwei and Beijing, bringing together many time-honored catering brands in Beijing.
