In the latest survey organized by Ningbo Municipal Government, the petrochemical industry in this city is mainly concentrated in Zhenhai, Beilun and Daxie. In 2008, the pipe gallery, known as "the first chemical logistics transportation pipeline in eastern Zhejiang", was completed and put into operation. Pipe gallery plays an important role in the park, and the annual pipeline transportation capacity of liquid and industrial gas in the park reaches 20 million tons and 600 million standard cubic meters respectively.

"After the pipe gallery is connected with enterprises, raw materials can be seamlessly transported from the liquid chemical wharf in Zhoushan Port Town, Ningbo to enterprises or enterprises in the park, effectively avoiding the disadvantages of conventional transportation modes such as' running, running, dripping and leaking'." Because the steel structure adopts innovative hot dip galvanizing technology, the design service life of the steel structure of the new pipe gallery project to the sea can reach more than 50 years, and the maintenance-free time of the structure is more than 20 years, which effectively improves the transportation safety factor of the pipe gallery.

According to reports, the park will invest hundreds of millions of yuan every year for the construction and improvement of public facilities, focusing on solving the hardware shortcomings that restrict and affect the development of enterprises, and transforming infrastructure construction from meeting the development of enterprises to achieving better development of enterprises.
