2. Then list the incremental serial number in the "Serial Number" column.
3. Fill in the items in the column of "Expenditure Items" according to actual needs.
4. Fill in the expenditure amount in the column of "Expenditure Amount" according to the corresponding project.
5. Then add a line "Total Item".
6. Select the cell in the Expenditure Amount column.
7. Click Auto Sum in the table toolbar.
8. You can work out the total expenditure quickly.
