Is Sino Pharmaceutical a listed company?

It is not based on the strategic adjustment of Sino Pharmaceutical's listing plan. After friendly negotiation, both parties unanimously decided to terminate the counseling relationship. In August, 20021,both parties signed the Agreement on Termination of Counseling Agreement between Kunming Sino Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., clarifying that Sino Pharmaceutical and Guotai Junan will terminate their counseling relationship from the date of signing this agreement.
