There are 87 kinds of minerals and 726 mining areas that have been listed in the table of mineral resources reserves in Shaanxi Province. The potential total value of mineral reserves listed in the mineral resources reserves table of the whole province exceeds 42 trillion yuan, accounting for about one-third of the country, ranking first in the country. Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt and modern manufacturing base have a strong development momentum and play a leading role in technological innovation, industrial innovation and scientific and technological transformation in economic development. Weibei Fruit Industry Base accounts for 77% of the total area and 86.5% of the total output of apples in the province, and is the largest production base of high-quality apples in China and even in the world. The energy and chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi has formed an annual production capacity of 70 million tons of coal, 4.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas and more than 7 million tons of crude oil.
