1In August, 998, JBDK Co., Ltd. was established together with Japan JBCC Co., Ltd. (IBM Holdings).
In June 2002, it was designated by General Electric Company as its first "Global Development Center" in China.
In August 2002, the Japanese subsidiary of Haihui Technology (DMK Japan) was established in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.
In March, 2003, it passed the SEI-CMM5 five-level evaluation (global system science and technology audit) and became the first software enterprise in China to pass the CMM five-level evaluation as a whole.
In June 2003, DMK International was established in Atlanta and New York.
In July 2004, JAFCO Asia, Intel Capital and Granite Global became the new shareholders of Haihui Technology, and Haihui Technology changed its name to Haihui Technology International Co., Ltd. After the reorganization, the newly established Haihui Software (Dalian) Co., Ltd. became a subsidiary of Haihui Software International (Group) Co., Ltd. in Dalian.
On June 5438- 10, 2006, IFC invested in Haihui and became a new shareholder of Haihui.
In June 2005, Haihui Software International (Group) Company, Tianhai Hongye International Software Company and Kesen Information Technology (Asia) Co., Ltd. merged to form Haihui Group.
In February 2006, Haihui Software International (Group) Company was selected as one of the top global outsourcing service providers 100 in 2006.
In July 2006, Haihui announced the completion of the largest financing in the domestic IT outsourcing field, appointed a new CEO, and released the next five-year plan.
From June 5, 2006 to 2007 10, Haihui was selected as "Top 50 High-tech Growth in China" by Deloitte.
From June 5438 to October 2007, Haihui completed the acquisition of Envisage Solutions, a leading IT service company in the United States.
