6. Assembly: First, install the transmission body into the transmission housing; Secondly, install the snap ring; Then, install the screws.
Screw the wire in several times according to the diagonal crossing method. Third, put the transmission back in its original position.
(3) Disassembly and assembly of automobile chassis-wheels and brakes
The auto parts used in this internship are CA 1090 Jiefang truck rear wheel internal tension drum brakes. The purpose of the internship is to understand the structure and principle of the main working parts of the mechanical braking system, observe the brakes, analyze their structural types and understand their adjustment methods. Our team removed the brake of the left rear wheel of the car, and the specific steps are as follows:
1. disassembly: firstly, remove the nut from the outside to the inside, then remove the wheel, and then remove the brake housing installed on the steering knuckle flange of the front axle.
2. Observation: By observing the disassembled brake, master its structure and working principle.
3.AC: (1) Cam brake is bidirectional self-excited. When braking, the brake adjusting arm drives the brake camshaft to rotate under the push of the brake air chamber, pushes the two brake shoes against the brake drum, and brakes the wheels by increasing the friction resistance. Because of the central symmetry of the cam profile and the axial symmetry of the structure and installation of the two hooves, the displacement of the corresponding points on the two hooves caused by the rotation of the cam must be equal. In addition, the profile of the working surface of the brake cam is two eccentric arcs with symmetrical centers. ⑵ The clearance of the cam brake can be adjusted locally or comprehensively as required. For local adjustment, the brake adjusting arm is used to change the original angular position of the brake camshaft. When the brake shoe is in the non-working original position, a proper gap should be kept between the friction plate and the brake drum. This brake must be adjusted manually. The standard value of braking clearance is 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm near one end of the supporting pin and 0.40 ~ 0.55 mm near one end of the braking cam.
4. Assembly: Assemble parts in reverse order. Note: When installing the wheel outer nuts, tighten the nuts one by one while turning the wheel forward. Failure to fix the nut to the tire will lead to the dislocation of the nut.
