The US Food and Drug Administration announced five batches of unqualified zongzi

Recently, the website of the State Food and Drug Administration of the United States released the Notice on the Unqualified Conditions of Five Batches of Zongzi.

According to the circular, recently, the Food and Drug Administration organized a special sampling inspection of 550 batches of dumplings, with 545 batches of qualified samples and 5 batches of unqualified samples.

Details of unqualified products

① Jujube zongzi produced by Beijing Jianhaichun Food Co., Ltd. sold by Huairou Store of Beijing Jingkelong Commercial Group Co., Ltd. is non-commercial aseptic. National standards should meet the requirements of commercial sterility. The inspection institution is the National Food Quality and Safety Supervision and Inspection Center.

② The detection values of acesulfame K in jujube brown and black fragrant rice brown sold by Shandong Liaocheng RT Mart Commercial Co., Ltd. were 0.06g/kg and 0. 10g/kg respectively. National standards do not allow testing. The inspection institution is Shandong Food and Drug Inspection and Research Institute.

③ Babao Zongzi and pork Zongzi sold by Chaoyang East Road Branch of Wal-Mart (Sichuan) Commercial Retail Co., Ltd. in Dazhou and produced by Chengdu Quan Yi Food Co., Ltd., the total number of colonies detected for 5 times and coliform bacteria detected for 5 times did not meet the national standards, and the results of 5 times did not exceed 100 cfu/g and at least 4 times did not exceed10 cfu/g. The inspection agency was Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing.

Preliminary investigation on four batches of zongzi in Beijing

Commercial aseptic items are unqualified.

The US Food and Drug Administration in Beijing sampled 80 batches of zongzi samples produced by 36 manufacturers, and the initial investigation found that 4 batches were unqualified, and the unqualified items were all commercial aseptic items.

List of 4 batches of unqualified zongzi products:

① The production date/batch number of Beijing Jugaofu Food Co., Ltd. is 20 17-5-2, the specification model is 280g (140g×2 capsules)/bag, and the sampling address is the production enterprise;

② The production date of Beijing Changshengju Food Co., Ltd. is 20 17-5-9, the specification model is "Jujube Zongzi", and the sampling address is the production enterprise;

③ The production date is 20 17-3-20, and the specification is 280g/ bag. It is marked as Beijing Jugaofu Food Co., Ltd., and the sampling enterprise is Beijing Jinglixuan Trading Co., Ltd. located on the third floor of Xinfadi Market Comprehensive Trading Building in Fengtai District;

④ The production date is 20 17-5-7, and the specification is 400g (100g× 4)/bag. The sampled enterprise is Shunyi Branch of Beijing Hualian General Supermarket Co., Ltd., located in Xinshun South Street, renhe town, Shunyi District.

At present, the above three zongzi production enterprises and two circulation enterprises have taken the initiative to recall and remove them from the shelves respectively.

What is "commercial sterility"?

Commercial sterility refers to the state that the product does not contain pathogenic microorganisms or non-pathogenic microorganisms that can reproduce in it after moderate sterilization. According to the regulations of Zongzi (SB/T 10377-2004), the microbial index of vacuum-packed Zongzi should meet the requirements of commercial sterility of canned food.

According to reports, the reason for the unqualified project may be that the food production and operation enterprises did not strictly control the sanitary conditions in the production and processing process as required, or the cleaning and disinfection of packaging containers were not in place, and the sterilization of products was not thorough enough, resulting in some microbial residues; It may also be related to improper control of product storage and transportation conditions. Unqualified commercial sterility may cause food spoilage, destroy the color, smell and taste of food and affect human health.

Sanquan Food filed a written objection.

All problem products are temporarily sealed.

According to the State Food and Drug Administration, the food and drug administration has received a written objection application from Sanquan Food Co., Ltd., but has not received a written objection application from other enterprises.

According to the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection (Order No.39 of China Food and Drug Administration 1 1), food producers and operators do not stop fulfilling their obligations of immediately sealing up the problem foods in stock, suspending the production, sale and use of the problem foods, and controlling the food safety risks during the application for reinspection and authenticity objection review.

The US Food and Drug Administration has asked the relevant food and drug regulatory authorities to order enterprises to fulfill relevant obligations, find out the product flow direction, recall unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification.

When purchasing zongzi products, the US Food and Drug Administration in Beijing reminds consumers:

① Go to formal channels to buy zongzi, and keep relevant vouchers such as shopping and invoices.

② When purchasing, pay attention to check whether the vacuum packaging leaks, swells and deteriorates. Do not buy products without factory name, address, production date and shelf life, and do not buy products beyond the shelf life.

③ Vacuum-packed quick-frozen zongzi should be preserved according to the specified storage method after purchase, and processed and eaten according to the marked eating method. The opened zongzi should not be stored for more than 2 hours at room temperature.

④ Zongzi is mostly glutinous rice food, which is not easy to digest. In particular, red bean paste dumplings have high sugar content and meat dumplings have high fat content. Patients with hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and gastrointestinal diseases should eat carefully.
