1. Violating the provisions of Article 32 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety, failing to set up obvious safety warning signs on facilities and equipment with large risk factors as required. According to item 1 of Article 96 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety, it was ordered to make corrections within a time limit, and Hubei Xia Hai Construction Co., Ltd. was fined 1000 yuan.
2. The special operators did not receive special safety training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and did not obtain the corresponding qualifications of the state to work at their posts without authorization, which violated the provisions of Article 27 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, ordered them to make corrections within a time limit, and imposed a fine of 10000 yuan on Hubei Xia Hai Construction Co., Ltd.
3. If the special equipment fails to register with the department responsible for the safety supervision and management of special equipment before or within 30 days after it is put into use, it shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit, stop using relevant special equipment, give a warning and impose a fine of 20,000 yuan on Hubei Xia Hai Construction Co., Ltd. according to Item 1 of Article 83 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Safety of Special Equipment. ..
