Viscose fiber, referred to as viscose fiber, also known as viscose filament, is a kind of man-made fiber. Viscose fiber is the main variety of man-made fiber and the second largest chemical fiber in China. Its main raw material is chemical pulp, including cotton pulp and wood pulp, which is regenerated by separating natural cellulose through chemical reaction. The main raw material used in China is cotton pulp.
Viscose fiber has good hygroscopicity, easy dyeing, difficult static electricity and good spinnability, and is widely used in textile, clothing and other fields. ?
Extended data
Viscose fiber belongs to cellulose fiber. It is made of natural fibers (wood fibers and cotton linters) through alkalization, aging, sulfonation and other processes, then dissolved in dilute alkali solution to make viscose, and then wet spinning. Ordinary viscose fiber, high wet modulus viscose fiber and high strength viscose fiber can be obtained respectively by using different raw materials and spinning processes. Ordinary viscose fibers have general physical and mechanical properties and chemical properties, which are divided into cotton type, wool type and filament type, commonly known as rayon, rayon and rayon.
High wet modulus viscose fiber has high polymerization degree, strength and wet modulus. This kind of fiber can bear the load of 22.0 cn/tex in wet state, and the wet elongation under this load is not more than 15%, which is mainly rich and powerful fiber. High strength viscose fiber has high strength and fatigue resistance. ?
Viscose fiber can be divided into ordinary viscose fiber, high wet modulus viscose fiber, strong viscose fiber and modified viscose fiber. Among the strong viscose fibers, filaments with dry strength exceeding 30.0cN/tex are called strong filaments; Super filament exceeding 38.0cN/tex; Weighing-two super filaments over 44. 1cN/tex; Three kinds of super-strong filaments exceeding 48.5cN/tex;
Above 53.0cN/tex, it is called quadruple super filament. Among high-performance viscose fibers, the fiber with high elastic modulus in wet state is called Porino Sike fiber, also called high wet modulus fiber, and it is called Fu Qiang fiber in China, which is called Fu Qiang fiber for short. The wet modulus is between ordinary fiber and Polynosik fiber, but the fiber with higher cross-linking strength and less brittleness is called modified high wet modulus fiber.
