Having legal and valid identification (resident ID card, household register or other valid identification) and proof of marital status;
Have a good credit record and willingness to repay;
Have a stable source of income and the ability to repay the loan principal and interest in full and on time.
The following types of people cannot be loan guarantors:
Husband and wife cannot vouch for others;
Household registration personnel outside the loan place cannot guarantee for others;
If you can't support yourself, have no source of income, and have no ability to repay the principal and interest for others, you can't guarantee for others;
Retirees do not act as guarantors;
Other reasons lead to audit failure.
