Financial behavior of financial companies in enterprise groups

Financial companies are increasingly active in the financial market, mainly divided into three categories: settlement, investment and financing.

Settlement category: With the increasing requirements of the Group for fund management of financial companies, most financial companies began to build internal fund settlement platforms with the help of bank settlement networks to strengthen the management of fund collection and payment of group members. This has become a trend, because only by managing all funds efficiently can the first role of financial companies be realized. With the acquisition of foreign exchange business qualifications of some financial companies, the demand for foreign exchange settlement is increasingly strong.

Investment category: At present, the investment of financial companies is strictly limited by the indicators of regulatory authorities. Although they can also invest in the secondary market and participate in the equity investment of financial institutions such as banks, they have increasingly emphasized serving internal groups. Financial companies' funds should first solve the problem of internal capital demand of the group, and at the same time, they also emphasize safety more and more. Bank deposits, treasury bonds and fixed-income financial products are the main demands of most financial companies in the market at present.

Financing: Credit asset transfer business (including buyout transfer and repurchase transfer), borrowing, bill financing and issuing financial bonds are the main financing methods of its corporate finance company.

In addition, finance companies also take advantage of their group background to lead syndicated loans and underwrite group corporate bonds, and also provide consulting, entrusted loans and guarantee services for the group.
