The leading products are all high-tech products that conform to the national industrial policy and are supported by the state.

-The annual production and sales volume of large-scale heavy-duty floor milling and boring machine series is 100 sets, ranking first in the same industry in China in terms of output, specifications and sales volume, and nearly 300 sets of equipment have been provided to national key projects in shipbuilding, machinery, metallurgy, energy, transportation, national defense, military industry and other industries.

-The series products of heavy mechanical presses are alternative imported products supported by the state. Now, after secondary development, it can be used for nearly 40 varieties with nominal pressure of 400-2000 tons, with single point, double point, four point single action and double action, and its market share ranks second in China. It has provided more than 200 mechanical presses of various specifications for major automobile manufacturers in China.

-Automatic forging press series products are mainly used in automobile, bearing, standard parts, aerospace and other industries. The enterprise is the development and production base of automatic forging press in China, which has produced nearly 200 kinds of 5000 forging presses of various models, and its output and technical level have always been in the leading position in China. Qiqihar Institute of Automatic Forging Press, the national technical centralized unit of the automatic forging press industry, is located in the factory.

As the earliest milling machine manufacturer in China, Qier Machine Tool Group can not only mass-produce a full range of lifting table milling machines, vertical horizontal compound milling machines and gantry milling machines with workbench widths of 300, 320 and 400 mm, but also have the technical foundation to mass-supply various specifications of CNC lifting table milling machines, bed milling machines, vertical horizontal machining centers and various special CNC milling machines, making Qier Machine Tool Group the most complete enterprise in China milling machine specifications, varieties and categories. In 2004, the enterprise owned 2400 milling machines of various specifications. At present, we are actively strengthening the international cooperation of this series of products, and plan to accelerate the industrialization of middle and high-end machining centers and CNC milling machines through the combination of technology introduction, joint venture and independent development with world-renowned manufacturers.

In 2000, the enterprise was reorganized into Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Enterprise Group, which was divided into two systems: production and operation entities and auxiliary subsidiary systems. The main body of production and operation consists of Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd., the core enterprise (parent company) that undertakes the manufacture of machine tool mainframes and major equipment, and its six subsidiaries. According to the modern enterprise system, the management department consists of five departments, an office and a center.

Heavy CNC floor milling and boring machines and new large parallel/hybrid machine tools have advanced international level, and their output ranks first in the world. Enterprise heavy machine tool products have obvious advantages, and the output value ranks first in the country. The products are oriented to domestic and foreign markets, and the product level, management level and equipment level have reached the international advanced level. The economic benefits and labor productivity of all employees are close to the advanced level of the same industry in developed countries.

Third, the level of research and development and manufacturing.

Focusing on technological innovation, enterprises speed up product research and development, further expand the product industry chain, and adhere to the industrialization of cutting-edge CNC milling and boring machines, automatic cold heading machines, large mechanical presses and general small machine tools. Insist on cooperating with Industry-University-Research, a domestic university, to incubate the technological achievements of the institute into practical products of enterprises, and promote the development of new products and the improvement of technical level. In recent years, in cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, we have developed a CNC double-axis and four-axis linkage winding machine. A large-scale CNC laser surface processor was developed jointly with Yanshan University, which filled the domestic blank. The large-scale CNC gantry hybrid machine tool developed in cooperation with Tsinghua University for machining turbine blade curved surface and realizing five-axis linkage for Harbin Electric Machinery Factory is the first in the world, and has been included in the national high-tech research and development plan (863 plan) and passed the national acceptance. The company has also developed a six-degree-of-freedom motion system, a missile shell, numerical control winding machine and other high-tech sophisticated weapons manufacturing equipment for national defense and military industry. In order to do a good job in technological innovation, the construction of technical transformation projects for large and heavy CNC milling and boring machines has been accelerated; Actively promote the manufacturing informatization construction projects that have been selected as the second batch of alternative projects for the transformation of old industrial bases in Northeast China by the National Development and Reform Commission; Do a good job in the construction of heavy-duty new CNC milling and boring machine, press manufacturing base and technology development center, and declare the industrialization of key functional components-CNC milling head and CNC turntable. In recent years, with the rapid growth of domestic machine tool market demand, enterprises have made great progress, with an average annual economic growth rate of over 80%.
