1, loan application. The borrower goes to the office to collect and fill in the loan application form, and provides relevant information at the same time.
2. Review and approval. After accepting the borrower's application, the office will conduct a loan interview with the borrower, and form an interview record, which will be reported to the city center for approval. Complete the loan approval within 0/0 working day in the urban area and 0/5 working day in the county (city)/kloc, and notify the borrower. After the loan is approved, if the loan applicant fails to go through the loan formalities for more than 3 months, the original approval qualification will be invalid.
3. Mortgage (pledge) guarantee. If the loan is issued after approval, the mortgage (pledge) guarantee formalities shall be handled in accordance with the regulations.
4. Sign the contract. The borrower holds the loan approval notice and loan application form, and signs the Loan Contract for Housing Provident Fund Entrusted Loan and the Agreement for Entrusted Bank Deduction and Repayment.
5. Loan issuance. Loan funds must be paid by bank transfer, not in cash.
