Which multinational companies are headquartered in Shanghai?

Last year, the number of companies headquartered in Shanghai in the Asia-Pacific region increased by one third, reaching 144. According to China government records, this number includes Alcatel, FedEx, General Electric (GE), General Motors (GM) and Johnson &; Johnson & Johnson), Rhodia Chemistry and Roche.
