To apply for bankruptcy reorganization of a listed company, what materials should be submitted in addition to the materials specified in Article 6 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law?
It shall also submit the feasibility report on the reorganization of the listed company, the notification materials from the provincial people's government where the listed company is domiciled to the securities regulatory authorities, the opinions of the securities regulatory authorities, and the stability plan issued by the people's government where the listed company is domiciled. Where a listed company applies for bankruptcy and reorganization on its own, it shall also submit a feasible employee placement plan. Article 8 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the bankruptcy application and relevant evidence shall be submitted to the people's court. The bankruptcy application shall specify the following items: (1) Basic information of the applicant and the respondent; (2) the purpose of the application; (three) the facts and reasons for the application; (4) Other matters that the people's court deems necessary. If the debtor applies, it shall also submit to the people's court a statement of property status, a list of debts, a list of creditor's rights, financial and accounting reports, a plan for the placement of employees, the payment of employees' wages and the payment of social insurance premiums.
