According to the inquiry, dongming petrochemical is a private enterprise. Dongming petrochemical, called Shandong dongming petrochemical Group, is a super-large petrochemical enterprise group integrating crude oil processing, petrochemical industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, fine chemical industry and natural gas chemical industry. Dongming petrochemical, formerly known as Dongming Petrochemical Plant, was founded in 1987, and the group was established in 1997. In 20 15, dongming petrochemical was the first local private oil refining enterprise in China to obtain crude oil import qualification and non-state-owned trade crude oil import qualification, and the allowed import volume of non-state-owned trade crude oil was 7.5 million tons/year. Since 2007, dongming petrochemical has been ranked among the top 500 Chinese enterprises and the top 500 private enterprises in China (2022).
