1. If each department (workshop) of the company needs to increase or decrease the number of posts in this department (workshop) due to changes in work output, process improvement, new equipment and other reasons. , you must fill in the Employee Change Approval Form and submit it to the Human Resources Department of the company for relevant formalities.

2. The Human Resources Department shall review the number of posts, positions and requirements reported in the Employee Change Approval Form. Need to increase posts and staff, through internal coordination, external employment and other ways to solve.

3. If the job increase is solved by external recruitment, the HR department shall handle it according to the company's recruitment system.

4. If the post increase is solved through internal coordination, the Human Resources Department will conduct assessment according to the requirements of the application department to determine the suitable candidate.

5. After the Human Resources Department determines the suitable candidate, it must exchange opinions with the departments of different positions of both parties, and the transfer formalities can only be handled after being signed and approved by the competent personnel leader or general manager.

6. The company will not settle the salary for those who have changed their posts without going through the formalities of serving in different places (including secondment).
