LPG

Liquefied natural gas is made of natural gas after dehydration and desulfurization, compression cooling and liquefaction at-160℃. The main component is methane, which is transported by special ships or tankers and gasified when used. LNG is colorless, odorless, non-toxic and non-corrosive. Its volume is about 1/625 of the same volume of gaseous natural gas, its weight is only about 45% of the same volume of water, and its calorific value is 52 mmbtu/t (1mmbtu = 2.52×108 cal). An Cai Hi-tech LNG Project integrates international and domestic advanced equipment, and is equipped with DCS management system, pressurization and compression equipment, cooling equipment and low-temperature storage equipment. The LNG production capacity of this project is 10× 104Nm3/d, and the daily processing of feed gas is 50×104 nm3; Nissan LNG 10× 104Nm3. The converted liquid storage capacity is about 160m3. Six 150m3 horizontal storage tanks were installed at the initial stage of production, with a storage capacity of 6 days.

The first phase of An Cai gas filling station is equipped with two compressors, and one compressor is reserved, with a daily gas filling capacity of 3× 104Nm3, in which the daily gas filling capacity of CNG fuel vehicles is 1.5× 104Nm3, and that of CNG sub-station trailers is1.5×/kloc-.
