Vⅶ network virtual instrument measurement and control system
The system adopts C/S structure, and consists of front-end data acquisition, measurement and control equipment and back-end data processing and sharing equipment. As the main control computer of the test, the client runs the test software framework, is responsible for all instrument drivers and completes the whole test task; The network server is mainly used as a data server, which stores all the configuration data and test result data required by the test, and also has the functions of network management, file management, print management and so on. The system adopts domestic Vⅶ main cabinet, and the Vⅶ controller and all instrument modules are independently developed by the testing company, including Mⅶ-2 controller, scanning A/D module with DSP, 4-channel general counter, D/A module, arbitrary waveform generator, Vⅶ switch series module, AC D/A module and 8-channel parallel A/D module.
Network devices are composed of network cards and hubs. 10/ 100BASE-T Ethernet conforming to IEEE802.3 specification is adopted, with the transmission rate of 10/ 100MB/s, the network transmission protocol conforms to TCP/IP, and the communication cable adopts RJ45 unshielded twisted-pair connector. Each client is connected to the server through the HUB, forming a star topology, so that if a line is broken, only one machine will be affected, but the network operation will not be affected. Network printer provides printing enjoyment on the network, and its management is completed by the server.
The system software model has the characteristics of a B/S system and adopts a multi-layer software structure, as shown in Figure 2. Among them, the application server and the measurement server are both software objects, * * * exists in the test software framework, and they interact with the data server to form the multi-layer software structure of the system.
